Hip Dislocated Fiance`

My fiance suffers from hip dislocated pain ever since he could remember. He Limps and cannot bend to touch his own toes, cannot sit or lean back or towards, cannot open his leg wider then 2 1/2 feet and most of all he cannot work and he have been denied for more then 5 years from getting disability money. He does not have health insurance or medical insurance at all. His mom passed away when he was not more then 2 years old and his Dad is really old, older then the age of 60 and his step mom hates him, so of course they cannot help us with money. He have older brothers and sisters, but of course they have their own life and family to support themselves. I do know that if they are willing to put money together like only about $400 each would be really good together, but because they make their own decision and we cannot force that to happen we have no one to turn to for help, but to work hard and save money ourselves. And because we do not work and I do not have a stable job at the moment I can not borrow money or get a loan. Not only that we cannot find help to do his surgery, but he has suffer hatred from everyone because he cannot walk properly and he cannot handle, carry and do many regular things that we all can do. His joint on his hip is dislocated and to put less stress on this hip is to curve his back so he can balance himself. Many people, like of course my mom hates him and hates the fact that I still chooses to be with him; I wouldn't choose anyone else to replace him. Anyways I finally over the last 5 months got a job and is planning to save and save so I can make his dream come true and walk without pain. I don't know what to do, working at a Fast food restaurant, $8.00 an hour is nothing when I am planing to get our own place and pay for rent and utilities, car insurance and other important stuff, and still can save to do his surgery?...its really hard...If any one can help him please do Contact me...Good Luck to everyone, Stay healthy and Safe!

Update On Zach and Crohn's Disease

This is a photo of Zach and his best friend Morris (the cat).  I was just noticing that I have been posting to this site since 2007.  Time passes fast and we have survived many bad times so far, the most devastating was the foreclosure of our home, but at least Zach is still hanging on and that is alot more important than losing a house.  It is becoming harder to find doctors to treat Zach since he has no health insurance and the talk of healthcare reform has all the doctors running scared.  I guess they are afraid treating someone with no insurance or money will affect their bottom line.  Zach is supposed to swallow a capsule Monday, 7/12/2010, that will take pictures of his intestines and colon to try and find out what is going on.  I hope they can find the problem and have a way to fix whatever is wrong.  Zach tries to think positive and talks about forming a special youth ministry when he gets his health problems under control.  He has not been out of the house during the past two years except to go to the doctor.  Please pray for him and if you know anyone who might be able to help him, please let us know.

My teeth have fallen out, and I have no money to fix them. I need dentures. I am 54 yrs. old. At my age, no one wants you to work for them. I went through hundreds of applications. I can't get a job,  because no one wants to see me without teeth. I need a car, to help me get a job. I need money for parking, insurance. I have no friends to help me. I am stuck and I do not know what to do anymore. I need to get myself a checkup too because I feel bad too. I have no money for the doctor. I am living on 150 dollars a week from unemployment and that is running out soon. My vision is eroded. I can't see too good, which is necessary for a job. I applied for disability, but they turned me down. I live with my brother and he and I, split the expenses. Unemployment, pays my rent and food, but I have no money to get clothes, transportation to and from a job, or anything else. I am in really in need of your help! I need teeth, a car, and checkup(hospital). Please help me. Write me off on your taxes as charity, I'll sign the document!

About dcc20

My husband's union plant closed its doors and I also was downsized.  We are both making about half of what we used to make.  We are behind on all of our bills and have no health insurance for our 3 kids.  We are trying to sell our house, but no one is buying.  We are getting desperate.  I don't know what else to do.  I was hoping some good samaritan would offer us an answer.

pregnant and no health insurance

I know everybody has a sob story and I am disappointed in myself for being one of those. I am nearly 6 months pregnant and have no health insurance. I have tried and tried to get the baby's father to get insurance through his job(s). He had a job when the insurance was about to be in effect and he got fired. Im am tired of relying on him! I am willing to pay for insurance but the only way for me to get it is through a group plan.  Which I don't have through my job. so, therefore, I either need financial assistance paying for this birth or by some miracle health insurance.  I cannot offord to pay for all the doctors bills and birth. Please help...  I promise to one day pay it forward.

my baby

I decided to take full responsibility for my actions.  I did not want to have a baby not being married but apparantly God had other plans for me. I am just so stressed out about not being able to pay for the birth and doctors appointments. It would be nice to be able to enjoy this time of being pregnant with my first child.

Reaping What We've Sown

After many years of enjoying a "self" centered existance; a now mature,  mellowed-out married couple have found themselves virtually thrown to the wolves.  We have no money in an IRA, we have no 401K in our future.  We don't even have medical/dental insurance.  The company we work for realizes how hungry we are and capitalizes on the fact.  We arent poor enough to qualify for government aid (nor would I want to even attempt that venture) and not affluent enough to buy health insurance.  We live where we work, so we can't quit one without the other.  As I begin to lose my teeth, one by one, and fall into a category of people that I once judged, I become more depressed.  We are managers of a govt subsidized apartment complex.  I have learned more about people in the past 5 months of enduring this job than I ever really wanted to know.  I am a social worker, a police officer, a nurse, a babysitter, a maid, a secretary, a friend who listens, and despised by the few that have an instant hatred for anyone in an authoritve position.  The paperwork to keep tenants certified and qualified to remain on the property is an endless task.  95% of the residents are good, honest, and grateful that govt housing is available to them.  5% make the entire complex nervous, afraid and uncomfortable.  I, as manager, try to keep our property safe, quiet and drug-free, but that is not what's happening.  Those in violation cry "harassment" when given notices to curb their bad behavior.  Police won't help us, our bosses won't help us.  It's dangerous and thankless work.  My husband and I are afraid here, we are 50 and 60 years old.  We are talented and friendly, but we were too emotionally immature to plan for our future.  We had great jobs, with great benefits at one time, and didnt appreciate it.... made some bad decisions..... and now find ourselves in a position and we see no way out.  We don't make enough money to save, it's a paycheck to paycheck deal now.  We dont mind being property managers, but we would like to use our people, maintenance, and office skills on a property where the owner cares about the residents.  The company we work for does not care about the tenants... and they dont allow us to fix things that need to be fixed, always telling us "its not in the budget".  This in turn causes the tenants to feel neglected and gives an overall bad feeling for the entire complex.  I was writing an uplifting news letter every month, but the company made me stop for fear that I may say something that would be taken the wrong way by a tenant and cause a law suit.  All the tenants love my newsletters and have thanked me for them over and over.  My talents are so wasted here.  I would love to work for an owner of a property who needs a good managerial team.  We are honest and loyal and care about people.  If you need a manager, and you have a property that is not in the smog, we would love to hear from you.

in need of back surgury and have no insurance

I am not writing this for myself, but for a dear freind of mine.  He has already had 2 back surguries and is need of another.  He can hardly walk but will not go to the neurosurgon because he has no health insurance.  He is barely making ends meet with help from friends and family because he is unable to work and has been denied social security 3 times even though both the court appointed doctor and his own doctor at the time stated that he would never be able to work again.  I have tried medicaid and other goverment agiencies but we all know how that works.  I am at a loss and don't know what else can be done the poor guy is in pain 24/7.  He cant sleep, stand, sit, walk or much of anything for any lenght of time.  if anyone has any ideas that may help this man please e-mail me at cpuchtler@yahoo.com, please no scams or anything like that I cant take much more.  thank you for your time and compations
